Take a Break and Be More Productive in Your Writing
The quality of your writing will vary from time to time. It does not matter how experienced you are there will be times when you find it hard to express your feelings. Some days you will be able to write page upon page of quality content, though another days you will find it difficult to even write a line that makes sense. The quality of your writing will change depending on a lot of different factors, it could be the topic you are writing on all the information you have, for example.
It is quite easy to become distracted, even by things that have no value all importance, but they all stop us from writing. When you finally sit down in front of the computer to write an article, you might suddenly feel that you have to check all of your e-mail, or even your Facebook status. Even though these are not important, just one little distraction can have an effect on the quality of your work. The best way to deal with this is to carry out all of these tasks right at the beginning. Then you will have the time to devote to being creative.

It might even be your surroundings that are having an effect on your ability to concentrate on your writing. Just a little thing like the temperature of your room, or if you’re feeling just a little bit under the weather can make you lose concentration. There will be days when you just can’t write, and that is when there is nothing you can do about it then just stop.
Your attitude to deadlines might have an effect on your quality of the writing. Some people thrive on the pressure of meeting a deadline, whereas others getting to a state of panic. You should work according to how you feel about deadlines. If you can cope with the stress, and you feel your more productive working to tight deadline that’s great. But if you get upset by the very thought of meeting a deadline you must start on that project very early so that the deadline does not stress you out, as it will always be a long way off.
And do not forget to take a break, everybody needs one now and again. This is a time when you should just put your writing aside and relax. It is impossible to be productive every minute of the day. You might find that immediately after taking a short break you are at your most productive.
Find a work pattern, and a working situation that suits you. Everybody is different, and everybody looks at the work they do in a different way. Sometimes you just have to step away from it, and relax.
